1. Who operates the LoQuiTa online store?
The LoQuiTa online store is owned and operated by Thorough Solutions OÜ, based in Tallinn, Estonia. We use third-party printing and shipping facilities in 14 different countries, including the USA, the UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Austria, and the Czech Republic. 2. Are your products personalized?
Most of our items are custom-made on demand through print-on-demand services like Gelato or Printful. They are produced specifically for your order and cannot be changed or canceled once placed, unless otherwise agreed. For more information, please see our refund policy.
3. Can I expect the product to look exactly like the pictures?
We aim for accurate product descriptions and images, but minor variations in color or details may occur due to display settings or the production process.
Ordering & Payment
4. How do I place an order?
Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and complete payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once payment is processed.
5. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely and comply with PSD2 regulations, including Strong Customer Authentication (SCA).
6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because our products are made to order, changes or cancellations aren’t possible once production has started. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
7. Who handles production and shipping?
All products are produced and shipped by POD services like Gelato or Printful, which work with local print facilities worldwide.
8. How long does delivery take?
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days for most of Europe and North America
- Other regions: Delivery times vary

9. What are the shipping costs?
Costs depend on destination, weight, and shipping method, and are shown at checkout before you pay.
10. Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Depending on your country, you may need to pay customs duties or taxes. These are your responsibility.
11. What if my order is lost or delayed?
If using tracked shipping and your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us. If confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a free replacement.
Returns & Refunds
12. Can I return my order?
- Personalized products: Not returnable unless defective or damaged during manufacturing/shipping.
- Non-personalized products: Can be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
13. Who pays return shipping?
Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
14. What if my product is defective or damaged?
Report the issue with photos within 14 days of receiving your order. If confirmed, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
15. Are slight color variations considered defects?
Minor variations between on-screen colors and the printed product are normal and not considered defects.
