How does ordering work?
All of LoQuiTa's products are print-on-demand. This means that we only produce your piece once you order (we don’t keep stock). It usually takes about 2 business days to print and prepare it.
When will I receive my order?
It depends on your location. We produce in the closest of our 14 production countries:
Austria, Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Germany, New Zealand, UK, USA.
The closer you are, the faster your order arrives. You can expect the following shipping times:
USA, Canada, Australia, Europe: 6–7 days
Brazil, Mexico: 9–11 days
Argentina, Chile, Colombia: 2–3 weeks
Worldwide: max. 4 weeks

Will I get a tracking number?
Yes 😊 As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you your tracking number so you can follow it on the way.
What is the quality and material like?
We print on the Gildan 64000 (unisex, classic fit) t-shirt, that is known for a soft feel and prints that look great. The fabric is 100% ring-spun cotton for solid colors; heather/sport grey are comfortable blends.
Our tank tops are the Ideal Racerback Tank Next Level 1533 made from 60% combed, ring-spun cotton, and 40% polyester.

Is payment secure?

Because each piece is made on demand just for you, we generally can’t accept returns. But if your item arrives faulty or you receive the wrong product, we’ll take care of it with a full refund.
